… you can also see the in-floor heating pipe (in red) awaiting concrete in the rear section of the house.

Main House Rammed Earth Walls completed!!!!

This is the last section of the house, viewed as we approach the stairs, next to the entrance….

Here is the same wall, from the inside….

 
As you can see, we’ve started to place the connecting beams on top of the walls. We will crane up the metal floor trusses any day now.

Front Entrance Columns and Courtyard Corner Columns

…you can see the guys starting to strip the courtyard corner column (say THAT three times in a row quickly!)

Creating designs in a rammed earth wall

..after successfully experimenting with various colours and patterns we decided to incorporate a mountainscape design into the long garage wall.
